Book a "kalaj"

Rental contract : When a reservation is made directly with us, we send you a seasonal rental contract proposal. If this suits you, you return this contract to us electronically, completed, signed and accompanied by the amount of the deposit (corresponding to one third of the total amount of the nights, excluding tourist tax and cleaning costs). The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 nights before your arrival. If your reservation is made less than 14 nights before your arrival, the stay must be fully paid.

 

Effective date of the reservation :

- More than 14 nights before your arrival: the dates you have chosen will initially be blocked "provisionally" as soon as we have acknowledged receipt of a copy of the dated and signed contract, preceded by the words "read and approved" AND accompanied by the deposit These dates will be blocked "permanently" upon receipt of the balance which must be paid no later than 14 nights before your arrival.

 

- Less than 14 nights before your arrival: the dates you have chosen will be blocked for your reservation upon receipt of the amount of your stay.

 

Cancellation conditions :

1. The deposit is not refundable, regardless of the date of withdrawal. The dates which have been reserved for your stay in fact imply reservations not available for any other customers interested in the dates in question.

 

2. If your withdrawal occurs more than 14 nights before your arrival night and if the balance has been paid, this balance is refundable.

 

3. If your withdrawal occurs less than 14 nights before your arrival night, neither the deposit nor the balance is refundable.

 

The withdrawal must be reported to the lessor by email. ​
